Oak Park Shopping Center — Local services in Huntsville

I recently moved back to Huntsville after living up north for 17 years, and this shopping center was a huge treat for me! They have all of the stores I usually shop at, ( The Gap, J. Crew, Old Navy, etc. ) and Dickey's bbq's which I have never been to. I have eaten, prepared, and had the good fortune to be able to travel coast to coast for work, and each region puts their own unique spin on bbq. I believe Dickey's does Texas style, and let me tell you I was in SHOCK at the taste and texture of their meats. It was so incredible, (moist, tender, perfectly smoked and the SAUCE! ) I had my eyes closed and never spoke the entire meal. My Brother in law has won multiple bbq contests and I thought nobody else's could even come close to how amazing his are. I'm in my mid 50's and I have enjoyed bbq since I learned how to chew; and I was SO WRONG about that! Dickey's does a slightly different style than he does, but blindfolded I could taste them side by side and go the same Nirvana of food. By the way, the fried okra is...

The thrift store is great. Jack's dollar deal's closed and they did me wrong. I worked there and only gave me a 3day notice they were shutting down and I didn't have any time to find a new job. Please don't give Jack's dollar deal's any of your money. They don't care about employees...

They have decent prices and their staff was really friendly. The only issue I had was with the organization of the clothes. I know they have alot of customers who don't always put the item where it goes but it was hard to find what I was looking...
