I had to stop here as a last-minute measure, and let me say I'm so incredibly glad I did. I was greeted by Mo and another gentleman. Super friendly and straightforward. Also, quite knowledgeable about all of the products.

One thing I really loved about this shopping experience was the sales approach. Typically, in a purchasing experience, you are pressured into purchasing higher priced items that are usually not even as good as the expensive product. That was NOT the case here. Mo was straight up about the products and their recommendation. They also provide a NICE discount with the more you purchase.

The second thing I loved was the prices. I have been paying double the price across town. The pricing here for all products is almost half the price anywhere else. Also, if you want to purchase smaller quantities, they carry almost all products on a small scale with great pricing as well.

The third thing I loved was the vibe of the place. It smelled great but not overpowering. It was clean and organized. Also, the personality of the staff was superb. I had a 15-minute conversation like we had already previously known one another. That is very important when it comes to customer service.

I've been a reviewer for quite some time now, and I rarely recommend a place unless it's above average. Trust me, take the extra drive and come here you won't be...

I have been going to Twilight Zone for years. I have been off on Medical leave and have not drawn a check the month of April. Went in there last night to purchase 1 vape. They had some specials going on 4 for 20 dollars. I purchased 4 of them. When I got home to try them out, the first one uts juice was all in the plastic in came in. The second one did not do a damn thing. Stucking on air. The third one worked for about 1 hour. The fourth one is still working. I went back to Twilight Zone to see if they would exchange them out. I was not told no refunds or exchanges. It was not mentioned last night. I will never step foot in that store again. I am very disappointmented how I was treated after being such a loyal customer. My favorite store in Huntsville until today....I apparently said mam on accident and he, the employee helping me was offended. He waited til later to bring up his pronouns when I was checking out. I was so confused until he explained I had apparently said mam. I explained it was truly an accident mistake in word.
