Signals museum is a great new museum that really embodies the spirit and legacy of Huntsville's passion for technology. The museum is wonderfully hands-on and encourages you to interact with the exhibits - learn how to send a telegram with Morse code (including competing with a friend), trying out a switchboard while following along with the screen, using phones from the 1930s to a 2000s payphone. You can also remember how it feels to use some of the original computer keyboards and look at tape based computing. There's a lot of things here and if you are the talkative type, can spend a few hours here talking with the volunteers and learning.

Absolutely fantastic, you can't take it all in on one visit. Well...

It is a historic interpretative tour of mankind’s progressive journey in communications. It was so impressive with all they have collected and the presentation of it all makes it a really enjoyable way to learn. Questions are encouraged as well as interactive exhibits. It stirred memories of radios and televisions from my childhood. From the pony express to cell phones it covers it all with a beautiful and thoughtful display. This place is a great place to spend some quality time. You...
