Deja Vu Decor — Local services in Huntsville

Attention all dog activist and lovers and disabled people...the owner of this establishment stated she ..."will never allow service dogs into her store(s). I attempted to tell her the Federal laws and ADA laws/and compliance laws and tried to help her correct herself. But, she insisted that her Attorney informed her she can do as she pleases because she owns her own property in the town square of Huntsville. I asked to whom her attorney was so that I could speak with him and she refused to comply and give me that name, if in fact she actually has an attorney. She stated "if I had seen you come into my store knowing you have a service dog, I would of told you immediately to leave". I had come into her store with others to shop. She was busy at the counter. I wasn't trying to be sly. My dog is a service dog now for 7 years. I came into the store with ease not expecting any harassment. I'm 100% disabled and expressed verbally to her that he (the dog) is needed for my issues. She stated "I don't care...I will not allow any service dogs into my store ever and I don't care...". Well, all those out there who read reviews, this one is pretty important. Education for store owners should be standard knowledge on ADA federal laws. She did break the law by asking me to leave and never to return unless I'm without dog. This store needs to be put on the "potty" list and bagged up for the corner trash bin! Rightfully, I wouldn't support any artist which sells their items here. You are whom you...
