GameStop — Local services in Huntsville

The customer service was terrible at one point, terrible attitude... And making you feel like you are stepping on their feet and walking on eggshells just for being a customer there. Recently, over the past year, this has gotten better - it seems they have new employees.

Now, the problem is their hours. They are never open. They close their doors as early as 6pm. I walked up to the door at 5:58 and they were locking the doors. Who closes before 6pm? They open at noon. If you work at all, you will never be able to shop here on a weekday. I have rewards I can only spend in-shop, what's the point if they are ALWAYS CLOSED EVERY TIME I GO HERE. 12-6PM, you might as well shut down the store

I'll cancel my GameStop rewards and stop shopping here as the last 3 or 4 times I tried to enter a GameStop they were complete shutdown with hours of sunlight still left. Im losing out on my 5 dollars a month because every time I go they are...

Kinda bummed to be reviewing so poorly. But 1 issue turned into multiple issues and I feel others need to be wary of buying used from them. I bought the Bioshock collection and the Borderlands Handsome collection. For starters, they didn't check any of the discs. I got home (I live out of town) and discovered my Bioshock 2 disc was in fact Assassin's Creed Origins...which was alright I guess - I hadn't gotten to play it yet. Well, I went to download Borderlands instead and the disc was corrupted. Another L. Then if that wasn't enough my remaining Bioshock disc was completely filthy. Some kind of grease with hairs on it and super sticky. I've been disgruntled with GameStop for quite a long time now and I guess that's on me for going back. Back to...

GameStop in jones valley sucks and the company as a whole sucks! Will never use them again. And not even just shipping me a broken game but than the store manager was as rude as could be when I asked about the shipping cost he than states he doesn’t have to help me he is choosing to help me. Then hands me the receipt and says if you like to call and complain. Like sir I wasn’t tell you asked. So needless to say I’m $10 broker and no game. It just like why not be nicer there was more that happened but so much to explain I’m just baffled at how rude and unprofessional he was. Definitely will not support...
