Yogurt Mountain — Restaurant in Huntsville

Not too happy with this location... Apparently, the owner has decided to raise the price on the prepackaged leftovers... yet is too cheap to buy new labels... talk about misrepresentation... yea, i get there is a new sign on the fridge but your products must have the correct price else I would expect you (the business) to honor the listed price and not commit fraud by recklessly misrepresenting the price on the label. Hell, even the cashier agreed with me and said "I think you deserve to get the product at the listed price but I would get in trouble for adjusting the price"... that's ok, well see how the owner takes it when I call corporate or file a bbb complaint... I realize a dollar is just a dollar but shyt adds up if you allow companies get...

Although the froyo is delicious, the staff at least today was absolutely terrible, don't like people don't work there or anywhere for that matter, I know being on the phone on Twitter and Facebook is important but if you kept your stuff stocked you wouldn't have to stop playing on your phone! Around 3:30pm today 5-28-2025 there was no bananas in the container easy fix i am limited to what I can and cannot have, my mother in law asked nicely if they would mind to restock the bananas the girl rolled her eyes and said "well.... I guess I can cut some" very rude its your job why come off that way....

Disappointed! The flavors that we had tried lacked flavor, very bland. Strawberry should taste like strawberries, the chocolate was bitter. Some of the toppings were stale, cheesecake, candy bar bites, and the peanuts. The fruit/fruits had too much water in the dishes, and most of the fruits weren't firm. The prices were reasonable. The store was clean and inviting. The staff were too busy looking at their cell phones to interact except when we checked out. We love frozen yogurt and do not have access to one in...
