I went to this place on July 2nd for 2 permanent bracelets and 1 ankle bracelet. 2 girls helped me and I will add they were very friendly. My complaint is that one of my bracelets broke off less than 48 hours later. I looked EVERYWHERE for it and considering I only went to one place in that time frame. I took my comforters to the laundromat and I am only guessing that the bracelet got snagged on the comforter and got washed. I noticed it was gone when I went to grab lunch while the comforters were washing. I immediately looked all in the washer when I took the comforter out and nothing. When I got home I looked everywhere in my house. I know for a fact that I had it the night before because I was taking pictures of it before I went to sleep to show a family member. I tried to call this store on Friday (4th of July not even 48 hours later) I figured they might be closed due to the holiday and thatâs why no answer, I called 5 different times on July 5th with still no answer, I finally got someone to answer on July 6th. I explained to the girl who answered what happened. She began to tell me they only guarantee a fix if I still have the bracket, I said look I believe you were one of the ones helping me and the other girl was having a hard time getting the chain to stay together, she even asked you to help her and you told her to do it another way. She then told me some last 5 min some last for years. I said I paid 409.00 dollars for these three pieces of jewelry, it should last a lot longer than less that 48 hours. I could tell at this point she was getting frustrated and said itâs not their fault or the âjewelryâ fault. I said this is crazy, you advertise permanent jewelry and then it donât even hold up for 48 hours. I said thatâs not really permanent is it. She said I will ask the owner what we can do but without a bracelet itâs hard to fix it. I was pretty frustrated. The one that broke had three charms on it the initials of my late husband and 2 grandchildren. I called right when they opens today (July 6th at 1pm) and no one ever called me back. Also this store has not âtrainedâ their employees to answer the phone so only the manager and owner is allowed to answer the phone! Like who opens a business up and donât even train their employees to answer the phone! With customer service like this, high prices, and no resolution, this business will not last long!
UPDATE- since this business has made it where I cannot respond to their comment I will have to add to mine- NO you did not call me and I can provide my phone records to prove you did not!!! Also the girl doing my bracelet was having a hard time and she asked for help and the other girl I am assuming you, gave her a suggestion as you were walking back to the back room!!! You never came over to help her, even after she express she was having a hard time!!! Poor service. One of our bracelets fell off the very next day and another one fell off later that same week. They offer free reattachments within 1 month but we were unable to find the chain to get it reattached. For the price they charge, I feel like this should not have happened to two of our bracelets. I decided to give them another try with a different group of friends and there were 7 of us getting permanent jewelry on a Sunday. The sale associate there told us we couldnât get the 20% discount because we had too many people.
