I was involved in an accident October 5,2021.I went to Lones first(they were packed). I went to Peach Auto Collision on 2480 Washington St. Hsv .,Al. Teague Smith at front desk told me, five customers had cancelled. He could get me in and the turn around time would be short. Chandler's Towing towed my truck from wreck and stored it.(my driver window was stuck down, Chandler went behind me and tarped my window and also tarped it so it wouldn't get any more water damage)Upon arriving at Peach Auto the tarp was taken off(Teague tells me, "They didn't know what was wrong with window.") I told him ,"it got stuck and why did you take it off?" Teague said "Peach Auto would tape it up. Two days later! I told the adjuster(1st Charles Richey) (Geico Insurance). Mr.Richey ,stated Peach Auto said it was minor damage and would be detailed. Moving along,(2nd adjuster Wayne Morrow) Morrow did the Supplement inspection. When I saw that Peach Auto was not maintaining the care and protection of my truck. I had to pay$2398.00 for my own parts. Teague (Peach Auto front desk) said they couldn't get them. I paid for ALL the parts. Weeks went by my truck was still sitting in parking lot with the parts on the back bed of truck .I asked the adjuster(Morrow) to move my truck to another shop because it was not being done and I didn't TrUST (Peach Auto) and felt Teague Smith would do something drastic to me and/or my truck. Morrow stated, I could move it, no problem. Even ,suggested two shops that would do a great job!! I decided on one of those. I also talked to, Mr.Richey and told him my concerns. He also, stated to move it. You don't feel safe, don't let (Peach Auto) Do it!! I called, Chandler's Towing to have my truck picked up from Peach Auto Body and towed to new shop. When, Chandler Towing arrived the morning Nov.16, 2022. He was told by Teague Smith at Peach Auto "He couldn't get the truck and He was owed money for truck." At, this point Peach Auto only had taken off the grill so that adjuster Morrow could get the details on inside of grill/engine. I called Peach Auto to ask why my truck was not moved? Teague stated", You will not get your truck back until I get MY MONEY FOR THE PARTS! AND IT'LL TAKE WEEKS FOR THAT SO YOU CAN ONLY GET YOUR TRUCK, IF YOU PAY FOR THE PARTS (AGAIN) AND PAY FOR ALL LABOR! I called the claim adjuster(s) C.H. Scruggs (Field Supervisor)Dec.28,2021 To inquire and tell him, How I was being done and to move my truck. He stated he would call me back. Its Jan.31,2022 (NO CALL BACK /TEXTED NO RESPOND OR CALL BACK) The way Geico let this man collect money for repairs and extort and beat me was INHUMAN AND UNETHNICAL!!!I suffer from PSTD and explained this to all included in this matter. It was laughed upon and disregarded! Mental illness shouldn't be ridiculed or mistreated. Geico Insurance and Peach Auto Collision should be ashamed of themselves!! Disable, minorities, or anyone that VALUES ALL Human-life ", should avoid Peach Auto Collision!!!!!! I received my vehicle 01-28-2022 and it was not safe to drive!!!!GO TO LONES 2512 WASHINGTON ST. HSV,AL 35801!! They looked over my truck as soon as I left( Peach Auto 2480 Washington St. Hsv. Al.) It was missing to many screws and bolts!!! Teague and Peach Auto Body and Collision were going to hurt me and my two kids who usually ride with me!!! How do you run a business for 25 years and this is what your work is? Read moreI called in for car insurance got a quote when the agent put my card through she said oh your payment for 91.37 didn't go through I said that's impossible I called my bank before I called you and I had over 300 she kept putting me on hold saying she was going to try something and ask for help from a supervisor. She comes back on the line and ask for my bank card number paws and social security number. Than she came back and said my bank has only 73.00 so I said no something's wrong I need to call my bank. She said she would call me back in 10 minutes. She never called back. My bank told me Geico took out 2 payments for 91.37 and 137.10 not only did she try and process a payment that was over the quoted amount I don't have insurance. I've been calling and emailing my banks screenshots since the day this happened march 24 and still haven't got my money back. I will NEVER get insurance with them now...
