I’ve been living at this apartment complex for over 8 months, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. The building features a “sky lounge” on the top floor, which is advertised as a premium amenity for residents. However, despite paying an amenity fee for access, I and other residents have never been allowed inside.
What makes this even more upsetting is that over two months ago, the management hosted a “ribbon cutting” party for this space, inviting around 250 non-residents. We were never informed about the event, and residents weren’t given any opportunity to enjoy the space afterward. Since then, the only people allowed in the sky lounge have been new prospective residents during their tours, while current residents like myself are repeatedly told that we are not permitted to enter.
The reasoning given for this? Management claims they don’t trust paying residents to use the space, despite the fact that we are the ones funding the amenity fees. It’s incredibly disappointing that the owners prioritize outsiders over the people who already live here and are contributing to the upkeep of the complex.
It’s a shame because this space could be a great feature of the building, but instead, it feels like a marketing tool for potential tenants while completely neglecting the residents who actually pay for it. If you're thinking about moving in, be aware that you may be promised amenities you won’t actually be able to enjoy.
I really hope the management rethinks this policy and allows the residents who are paying for the space to actually use it.
Update (12/24): Thank you for your response. While I appreciate the invitation to discuss this further, I prefer to remain anonymous as my review reflects my personal experience and concerns, which I believe are shared by other residents.
I also noticed that shortly after my review, the sky lounge was announced as 'open,' but only for reservations that require an additional fee. This is disappointing, as residents already contribute through the general apartment fees that maintain the property. Asking us to pay extra to use a space that was marketed as part of our community amenities feels unreasonable.
I hope management will reconsider this policy and allow residents to access the sky lounge without...

This place has got to be the best in Huntsville, period. The amount of work and detail put into providing an environment worth coming home to is by far the best I’ve seen this town offer. I’ve lived all over Huntsville as the yrs have passed and I have yet to see this level of elegance, comfort and modernness. I just wish I had known of 20/20 in providence before I singed my last lease. I’d hate to move again but I most likely will be doing so, again, after my lease is up. When it’s good it’s good and this place is great. Inflation has been tough on myself and certainly everyone else but this is the first time I really feel that I would be getting what I pay for from an apartment complex for all that it provides, which is a lot. I can’t say the same for most other apartments. From the awesome designer glass showers, huge oversized windows (which is my fav for sunlight) all the top tier amenities, to the location, local restaurants and shopping, the roof top pool and clubhouse, insane gym 20/20 provides and bar service for when you’re ready to relax after a long day… this place is on another level and I want to live here so badly already lol. Top that all off with a staff that made me feel like I was someone, made me feel like my time was worth investing in, didn’t just try to sell me with the “fake smile” thing and really acted like they were here to help and cared was a breath of fresh air and I don’t remember the last time I’ve experienced that when apartment shopping. 10/10 recommend 20/20 in Providence and I...
Read moreI was blown away when I toured the apartments at 2020 at Providence in Huntsville. Amber, one of the leasing consultants, gave me a phenomenal tour and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and made the entire tour informative and enjoyable.
It was the apartment and property itself, however, that stole the show. These aren't just apartments; they're high-end places to live with unreal amenities. The floor-to-ceiling windows I saw bathed the units in natural light and offered stunning views. The high-end finishes, like quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, really add a touch of class. In-unit washers and dryers are a huge convenience, and the walk-in closets provide tons of storage space.
The amenities of the 2020 at Providence apartments are truly top-notch. The rooftop pool and tanning deck with poolside service scream relaxation, and the rooftop fitness center with expansive views makes working out feel more like a resort experience. Who wouldn't love a golf simulator or a resident lounge with a bourbon and wine tasting room? They've really thought of everything, even a freight elevator and refrigerated package room!
The location is perfect, too. Located right on top of restaurants, it provides ultimate convenience. Plus, the safety of the property and its being pet-friendly are major perks for me.
Overall, my tour of 2020 at Providence far exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a luxurious, amenity-rich apartment in a fantastic location, I highly recommend checking this place out. You won't be...
