SWEET HOME APPLIANCE — Local services in Huntsville

We had an older dual fuel stove go out on us and we searched all over locally for a replacement. There is nothing on the floor at lowes homedepot best buy etc to put your eyes on. I can go online and order an item if I want to, I dont want to do the same thing in a store, frustrating. I found Amine and sweet home appliance searching marketplace for a stove. Had no idea about Sweet Home Appliance but wow what a difference in appliance buying. Amine, the owner of the company, stayed in touch with me on messenger throughout the afternoon and personally walked my wife and I through our purchase and took time to show us various other appliances when we asked about them. Customer Service was out of the park. All of the models were right there for me to review and pick up that day. It's refreshing to find a business with this level of knowledge, service and selection. Outstanding customer service. I was very impressed with their customer service from the time I entered the showroom until the time my washer and dryer were actually installed. I was very skeptical trying to find a good place to purchase my washer and dryer. I actually found one here. They took the time to listen to what I was actually looking for and gave me options and explained thoroughly. I really felt that they cared about me as a customer and I am totally satisfied with The entire process. They actually had me test everything out after the installation was complete And cared about my satisfaction for their service. I very highly recommend them to anyone looking for an appliance.
