Miniso — Local services in Huntsville

Visited the store today with my daughter and my niece and picked out an item that was priced a lot lower than what wrong about the register I explained to her that there was multiple items back there on the Shelf underneath this price tag she told me that was for a promotion that where they were doing and that that no longer was the price I asked her if because it was priced at 299 not just one item or multiple items that she could honor that sales price she told me no that she did not have to do that and I asked her if she could please show me which items were $2.99 and at first she refused and I told her I said there are multiple items the exact same item on the Shelf back there priced at 299 she walked back there with such an attitude that she was knocking things on the floor off the shelves and then proceeded to tell me that those were for the items behind the item I was trying to buy and I asked for the items in the wrong place and she said no that's where they were supposed to go and I said well there's not a price tag for these items then and she continued to be very nasty with me until I ended up leaving the store I will not shop there again and will be making sure that I call tomorrow morning to get a manager or somebody else on the phone i was not rude to her and she was extremely rude and...

One of the best stores in the mall currently. The atmosphere, look, and music are all great. I enjoy the mix of nerdy things mixed with the obvious Hello Kitty theme. While normally there for the figurines of other series like one piece or godzilla it is still a neat store to browse. With the promise of more items coming soon (mostly random) I look forward to going more often now to try and nab a few mystery boxes of various series. If I could offer any advice id say a few more anime figure updates would be nice. Atm its the usually one piece, dragon ball, and demon slayer. Seeing some other series would go a long way for the store or even more products in those lines

Also you Ignore two of the lower reviews down below for they have noting to do with the stores charm. (1. Common sense would tell you that a store this clean looking and up-kept would not allow food in it to keep from spilling it on the floor or the many figures and plushies as people do many times elsewhere. 2. The store not being open yet and having to wait a day is also no means for a one star review)

It was an honest mistake by not seeing the sign of no outside food and drinks. This would be a totally different out come if the employee was not rude. I would have apologized for not seeing the sign and thrown our cups away. Good customer service goes a long way and if that is how you treat your customers on pure accident idk if I want to shop there for myself...
