The return policy is only partially displayed in store and withholds key information from the guest. The full return policy is only available on their online website. Which easily makes in store shoppers uninformed when purchasing and causes frustration if returns needs to be made. Also you can only exchange for store credit at this store. However, it’s NOT displayed when you are checking out at the front desk and it is NOT printed on the receipt and it’s actually NOT standard practice across all retail stores. Target, Express, Francesas just to name a few do not follow this policy; if you have the receipt and tags you are all good doesn’t matter if it’s attached or not.
