What a night! Chef Noble did a fantastic job putting the March Supper Club menu together, and providing an intimate and elevated dining experience. Each course was carefully considered, with seasonal ingredients and layers of flavors that revealed themselves at different times within each bite. His interactions with us were greatly appreciated, and helped us understand the complexity of flavors in certain dishes. Overall a fabulous experience, and we cannot wait to see what he creates for the next Supper Club. Additionally, the servers were extremely attentive and considerate. They also made the night special with their kindness, and attention to detail. The ambiance of the location was perfect (just enough romantic lighting to look good, stunningly beautiful flower arrangements, and nostalgic instrumental hits background music that had us singing in our seats). Chef Allen prepared much of the food right in front of us, breaking down the nuances of the dish, while also giving the history to why it is important to him. The entire staff was absolutely amazing, going above beyond to make sure our experience was memorable. We really enjoyed the intimate setting and conversations with other dinner guests, as there was only a handful.
We left completely blown away, having one of the best meals we've ever had. We hope to return in the future!
