To the girl who was working at the rich broke boutique at bridge street on Sunday, October 12th around 5:30-6pm- find a new job. Me, my mom, and dad came in hoping to find something to wear to an event we had coming up. We had came to have a little shopping day at bridge street and the rich broke boutique was one of the first places we stopped in. We loved the display they had in the windows and all the clothing items. We walked in, the worker looked at us, never said a word to us the entire time we were in there (about 20ish mins). We had walked in and went straight to the left, a matching set caught our eye. My mom found a shirt she loved and was intending on buying it. We had walked a little to a different section and noticed the girl walk over to where we had just been. She did this to every spot we went to. We also noticed she kept behaving as if we were doing something suspicious. Like we were under investigation. We had walked to the right side of the store and were looking thru the racks of clothes. Then, I kept coming back to a sweater I had wanted that I saw when we first walked in. We walked back over there and we were going to grab it and check out. We realized then that she had been coming behind us, straightening every rack as soon as we walked away from one. As if we were making a mess of everything. We weren’t leaving anything in a disarray We weren’t being disrespectful to the store. We weren’t taking stuff off of hangers and just throwing it down. We were just shopping. My mom immediately hung her shirt that she was so excited about purchasing, back on the rack (neatly, of course) which I’m sure she came back behind us after we left and fixed that too. The boutique itself was absolutely amazing. We loved the prices, the merchandise, and the sign when we walked in the door that said “I got 99 problems, but shopping local ain’t one.” This employee specifically, ruined our shopping experience here as well as cost the store our...
Read moreI was a little apprehensive to go into this shop in the mall while visiting. But I'm glad I did. I'm not longer the cute 20 something with my beautiful blonde hair, I'm currently in the middle of a cancer battle, and was worried the girl working would judge me (we're all so quick to assume they will) The girl working was so kind, and just let me shop without feeling the pressure of being judged. I walked away with a few sweaters that are soft and comfortable. I'll def be purchasing again! I was...

She’s always had exceptional customer service. I feel so welcome when she’s there. She also always helps me pick out the cutest outfits! I...
