Read moreI just wanted to share some feedback about my experience. On my 3rd visit, I was put in the stand-up bed (it was the only one available), but no one mentioned that the bulbs were stronger. Without going but a minute or two longer than before I ended up with the worst burn I’ve ever had in my entire life— it lasted for about three weeks, and was all over my body.
I decided to give it another try and came back today. The posted hours say 10–6, but I showed up at 11:15 and the doors were locked.
On top of that, the front desk girl with black hair seems rude (or inconvenienced) the 3 times I’ve been there, which just adds to the frustration.

Read moreI've enjoyed tanning here however I'm providing a one star rating since cancelling a membership/auto draft payments has been quite the ongoing challenge. I completed the cancellation request form back in March in person at the salon since cancellations cannot be processed over the phone. After turning in the completed form and being assured the membership fee would not be auto drafted from my account going forward I have been charged two months in a row and have now had to call each time to get refunded the charge. Please make your cancellation process easier to complete and ensure the auto draft payment method you have on file is removed to avoid this issue going...
