So i usually don't shop here my husband does, but i needed some tape that online it said they carried, so I decided to go in with my husband, when we walked in there were to employees just standing there, we didn't even get a hello, then we saw other employees walking around, clearly you could tell we were looking for something, but NO ONE ever offered to help us, I did approach a young man who was the only one who really seem to be busy working unfortunately i don't remember his name, but he was really sweet and took the time to help me look for the tape unfortunately we didn't find it, but at least he tried to help find it, as we were leaving, the 2 employees we saw coming in were still just standing there, we got no, thank you have a nice day. The staff is very helpful and willing to help, always in stock the only complaint is on returning an item , it was a blood pressure wrist monitor that gave incorrect readings It scared the hell out of me checked my pressure four times in a row and got four different readings, then on returning it the cashier said he needed my ID information to get my money back although i had a receipt and they also they sent me an email receipt said the system needed it I gave him it and he took all my Dl info the number the expiration everything so harbor freight tools Aka police has my personal info.i will never shop there anymore I am sticking with my home depot....

I usually shop at the Conroe location but the concrete mixer we wanted had been purchased before we arrived. A staffer checked nearby stores and directed us to Huntsville. On the way we checked the stock ourselves, intending to purchase in the app. Before that was completed, the stock disappeared. Now we call the store and the manager said he did have one and would hold it. Upon our arrival, he had it pulled up front waiting for us.
