I ordered a smoothie to be ready for 12:27 pm. I arrive to the store, intending to go inside and pick up my drink and leave, yet instead the door is locked and they are drive thru only. This would be fine, if I had known that and planned to sit in a drive thru, but I made an online order with the intention to get my drink quickly (after the 10 mins it takes to make it). I have an appointment at 1:00 and instead of being early to my appointment, I’m still sitting in the drive thru that I didn’t need to be in up until 1 pm. There is also a sign on the outside that says “for curbside, call store number”. I did that and it kept ringing until it eventually hung up, and now it is constantly busy if I call it. This entire thing feels extremely unprofessional. I understand low staffing, but locking the doors and refusing to answer the phone when calling the phone is an option offered for curbside, it should be honored. I wasted a ton of time and I could’ve gone to any other smoothie cafe and wasted less time...

Madison was there all by herself tonight with the printer down AND the first NPSL game happening next door. That girl deserves everybit of what you can afford to pay her and maybe even more to keep her. Her first day back and shes closing alone with a swath of people and hand writing orders down...??!
ok, so to be clear, I have experience in this space and am not trying to be too harsh, but y'all messed up tonight and if you want to keep her (and your customers) and capitalize on the blessing of having our first NPSL team literally in your back yard, you may want to take a look at their schedule and staff accordingly... and make sure your tech is working!

Read moreWent through drive through. Paid at window. No receipt. They handed me my smoothie and it didn't have blueberries, attendant did not mention they were out of blueberries. This drink isn't the same without it. My smoothie was white in color and when I refused it, then he mentioned that he was out of blueberries. I didn't want it without the ingredients advertised, so I asked for a refund. They put the owner on the phone with me while in the drive thru. She's very reactive about the state the store has no blueberries or receipt machine that works. With receipt printer down, no proof of refund either. What a joke. Don't go to this location.
