I'm really disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. I have been politely telling them for several years now that their sandwiches are being served under temperature. Not once have I asked them to remake it or posted a negative review, but today is the day. I've been speaking to the same manager every time an issue comes up. My orders are routinely incorrect. Today I was fed up after getting another cold sandwich, cold fries and to top it off the fries with the wrong size. The meals are now $10.25 and this is unacceptable. I spoke to the operations manager & asked for a refund on my sandwich and fries, I was fine paying for the drink. I was told that they don't give refunds. After hitting a wall with this manager I asked to speak to the lady who I've already spoken to multiple times, I believe she is the general manager. I reminded her of all the previous times that we have spoken regarding the same issue in which she did not seem to remember. Her response was, we're not the only store that has to remake sandwiches. She also told me that she wasn't going to give me a refund. Again I reminded her of all the times previously that we'd spoken regarding the same issue. I ordered my sandwich around 2:00 and drove 15 minutes away. I was in a hurry, eating on the go and it's not like I could just turn right around and go get another sandwich. My sandwich was cold from the start and I went ahead and ate it because I didn't have any choice. I started eating my cold fries & noticed that they gave me the wrong size. They were so bad I only ate a few. I explained, that after finishing up my appointment I came straight back to the store. I was then told that because I ate my cold sandwich I couldn't have a refund. I'm not sure what they expect you to do, like life revolves around whether or not you eat a cold sandwich. So they want me to bring the cold sandwich back so they can throw it away, that's ridiculous! I can't believe they okay treating their customers with such disregard, having already spent 30 minutes just driving trying to get this taken care of. After much persistence I finally got a refund. Read moreWell, it happen again this morning...another mess up! I love Chick fil A its our family favorite place to eat fast food but here lately the service has not been wonderful. We've been coming to this location for years and the owner, Chuck, is a nice guy so I don't post this comment lightly. But, I don't know what has been going on lately, but the service has definitely been off. I admit its hit and miss, but that being said...still off. There was a time that my order was always ready by the time I drove up to the window...not anymore! Now they have you drive up to a waiting area and not only do I have to wait for my order but I block others from leaving after they have received their order before I have...btw...I hate this new system Chuck...sorry. And according to other reviews I am not the only one who feels this way. I could almost tolerate the new waiting system if it wasn't for the mishaps on the orders. For example this morning I ordered a sausage burrito...simple enough...well, I received a sausage burrito but without the hash browns! Good thing I checked it before driving all the way home because that would have been really irritating! I know mishaps happen...thats understandable...but, what is unexcusable is when I drove back to the drive thru again and with a "checked" attitude on my part explained what happened I then drove up to the window and was met by a gentleman that appeared to be some sort of manager. He went over my order with me and handed me my bag...and ummm...that was it...no apology, no comp for my inconvenience...that was it. Now, I supposed I could've been smiling and thanking him for "fixing" the mistake but I did not feel like it nor did I feel it was my responsibility to do so...nope, it was his and that was the last straw! I guess at this point I could have said something...respectfully of course, but no I just drove away quietly...no fuss, no quarrels...just like I am sure several others have contemplating if they should ever...
Read moreUPDATED..............it's kinda sad that this happed almost a month ago and the restaurant has not made any attempt to reach out to me. Do they really care??, I believe they do but their lack of action makes me start to question it. I revised it to a (1) star based on the silence. And BTW, I do still visit this location and have had accurate orders and great service with each of the visits since.
So disappointed with today’s visit. I’m the biggest CFA Fan there is and always go to this location during the week…..great food, great value, awesome people. Today, when I returned to the office with my drive thru order, it was so sad to see the order of fries they gave me. Container not even filled and the fries weren’t fresh. On top of that, I redeemed points for a cookie (was planning to give it to an employee at work because they needed a “pick me up”)…….but to add more disappointment, there was no cookie in the bag.
I know it’s just food, but no experience should be like this is full attention is being paid. Other than calling the restaurant (which I know they are busy and I want to respect the other customers they are serving), this was my only avenue to inform them. Hopefully others aren’t being affected and closer attention...
