This library is absolutely beautiful—modern, well-designed, and very welcoming. It offers a wide variety of family events throughout the year, especially during the summer, which makes it a great place for both kids and adults. The book selection is excellent, and I really appreciate that they often have books for sale at very affordable prices. The study rooms are comfortable and perfect for quiet reading or focused work. Another great feature is that the library collaborates with neighboring city libraries, which makes accessing more resources and materials very convenient. Overall, it’s a fantastic community library that I’m proud to have nearby!

Pros: Beautiful and very spacious library. Cons: It was my first time going, and I did explain it to the woman attending me. My husband came prior to get a library card for my children. She was younger looking, she was very cold and not very polite to me as she was with others that were ahead of me. This encounter is reflected on my review. If I had had a better encounter I would have definitely given a 5 star review.

Great library! It is a good place to get the kids interested in books and reading 😃. They have an awesome selection of books and a little play area for smaller kids. I like to come by myself as well since it is a very quiet and clean place for me to relax and do my reading! 📚❤️

We love the North Richland Hills library! They have a wonderful children's collection in the children's area, the children's librarians have all been welcoming, helpful, and very encouraging to my little ones (ages 8, 6, 4, and 2). They run exceptional programs for children of all ages; my eldest two truly enjoyed the STEM Camp this summer. And they were very helpful with the Mayor's Reading Club. We haven't met a children's librarian there that we don't love! And I greatly appreciate that they tolerate a bit more noise and enthusiasm than would be permitted in the adult reading areas; it's extremely difficult to keep four children quiet, as you might imagine.

And the adult areas of the library are quiet and we'll stocked. I love to come to the NRH Library to read a book when my husband watches the kids so I can get a little time away. We love this library...

It's great, the first floor is for the smaller kids mostly, so you can expect it to be a little more lively, though the second floor is great. It's really quiet, and throughout the facility there are computers. Regardless if they are all occupied, most people on the second floor keep to the sides and use laptops for studying and reading, because the wifi is way better then to be expected, with great bandwidth. The selection of books is large, and even a small area to sit outside and read, there is not much more that you may want in a library. There is also a new section called the Maker Spot, it will be very interesting and I'm looking forward to it. All in all, this is most likely my favorite place...

NRH library is a fantastic facility with plenty of different programs available. Their major flaw is their checking in system. I am uncertain of how they check in returned books but it fails on a regular basis. It is a widely known issue. Several people have resorted to checking in directly at the desk or recording themselves returning the books into the slots. The staff must be aware of this issue which has also caused a double back where people know of it and sometimes claim they have returned things they have lost. Which then again blows back on people who have returned items because depending on the mood of the staff they can be distrustful and rude. This needs...
