So I have been dealing with this issue since I started my plan with AT&T. I traded in my IPhone XR for the 11 pro max and was supposed to be credited 700$ dollars towards the phone. When I received my first bill I called and questioned it, I was informed that it takes a few months to be credited and what extra I pay will go towards the bill. After a couple months still nothing as changed and I called once again. They had no answers for me and gave me the run around and said they will put a service request and note it in my file. Fast forward 7 months (May now) of me calling and complaining nothing is getting resolved they put a request into the Office of the president. I was told I would be contacted in 24hours and now it’s been 2 months and still nothing. I have went into the store to see if they can help me but they get the same answers that I did. I came to this location to switch services...and the staff were in plain cloths, refused to port my number, and said that they do not carry the prepaid service or phones...then i noticed 2 display models and advertising right behind her.
I walked out, called corporate...and they said that the lady was VERY incorrect. The representative then asked me to go back in the store with her on the phone and ask for the ladies agent id or name, the lady refused to give me either...so "Nicole" (agent on phone with me) had me ask for a manager. The lady also refused to let us speak to a manager, then ordered me to leave the store...all while on the phone with corporate agent. Smh

Wifi was very slow and service would go out many times a day. Netflix service took a long time to connect and using it was a nightmare where it would lag for several seconds. Internet was super slow, it would take a long time to load pages. Now, we gave AT&T many years to fix this and called them where they would send out service technicians to work on it. But it never got better and we finally had to go to COX. First few days with COX: Not once have we lost TV service. Haven't lost WIFI service once and the internet loads instantly. Netflix service is very fast to connect and no lag while using it. So you do the math, AT&T versus COX, I know which one...
