Spangles — Restaurant in Hutchinson

I should have turned around and left as soon as I saw an empty parking lot at 3pm on a Friday. Very disappointing!

First mistake they made was having me pull forward just so they can beat the drive thru timer and make themselves look good.

Second mistake they made was when they forgot to put my sauce in the bag, making me have to get out of my car and go ask for it. All she said was, "Oh, I forgot". No apology.

Last but not least the final mistake was the food. Absolutely horrible. The worst food I have ever had from a spangles. My buns were burnt and crispy on the outer edges. My burger pattie was dry dry dry. I had about a teaspoon of BBQ sauce and one single onion ring cut into small pieces.

I will never for the rest of my life go to that spangles again. They don't deserve 2 dollars an hour let alone 12+. One of the ladies was coughing constantly. No one was smiling or friendly at all. Did tell me to have a nice day or thank you.

I will be passing this review onto Renee Steven's in hopes that she can evaluate that location because it needs a miracle. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not the only one who had a horrible experience.

Ordered one medium drink and one large drink. Didn't think there would be a problem until the employee at the window handed the medium drink over with the lid not properly attached, drenching my car in ice and sticky soda. The employee immediately left the window after half-hazardly handing the drink over, had to raise my voice slightly to be heard from the drive-thru window they left open to get napkins. I was oddly thanked by what I believe to be the manager who gave me the napkins after I told her the drink spilled in the car (note: never even left the window). Didn't offer to get me a new one, didn't apologize for the mess that was made in my car because the lid wasn't properly sealed. Luckily I still had half of the drink left after saving it from falling all the way. I went to go stick a straw in, and then I notice little hairs on my lid! It looks like someone had just gotten their hair cut over my drink, and I know it's not mine because not only did the lid not drop all the way, but my hair is brown (I also haven't had my hair cut in months). Ended up throwing away the other drink after I saw the hair (and after taking a sip before I noticed). In total about $8 wasted. Absolute horrible service from a place that is usually so...

Wanted something different than what's offered in my home town. We chose this Spangles! Poor decision. I ordered 4 pc tenders and a burger for my daughter and husband, I ordered the mushroom Swiss on sourdough with extra mushrooms. After about an 7 to 8 minute wait in the drive thru we are given our food. Pulled forward to park and eat and be on our way. I get my burger and even the wrapper didn't feel warm. So I opened the burger and touch it, it's ice freaking cold! I go back inside the restaurant to let them know that my sandwich is completely cold there's no heat to it whatsoever. I'm going to assume the lady I talked to was a manager. She came over I told her what was wrong you know and she come just looked at me like she didn't believe me, she opened it touched it herself and holler back guys it is ice cold. Not one time did she apologize. Got my 2 me burger and get out to my vehicle and it's like warm. Will not...
