I called in to place an order for the business I work for (to celebrate a coworkers birthday.) The general manager Casey Jones was the one who took my order. From the get go I told him I had 7 sandwiches to order (with an hour and a half notice before they were going to be picked up) by the 3rd sandwich his tone completely changed and after every thing I said he followed with "anything else". Once I had completed my order I asked him to repeat it back to ensure everything was correct. As he was repeating things back he said something incorrectly and when I tried to correct him he very rudely stated "that's what I said" even though he clearly said it wrong and had rang it up wrong even after I tried to correct him, as I realized after picking it up. Despite the rude behavior over the phone I said nothing as I picked up the order because everyone has bad days and I figured it was just a poor moment. Upon returning to work with the food I realized we did not receive the Au Jus sauce with our 3 french dip sandwiches (one of which was the sandwich incorrectly rang up that he couldn't be bothered to be corrected on). I had also asked for extra pickles with EACH sandwich, which he had only rang up for those first 3 that he was relatively pleasant to talk to (prior to the rude "anything else" attitude. I called back and was told I could come pick those up. At this point I had had enough and decided I was going to say something. While I was there I asked to speak with the manager at this time not knowing who I spoke with on the phone. Coincidentally it was the same person I spoke with on the phone that was the manager to talk to me. I tried to explain what was wrong with the order and asked if I could get the extra pickles we were supposed to have received while picking up the Au Jus sauce. I asked for the employees name so that I could identify them in my review and not dorectly effect the rest of the employees. He got abruptly rude with me, tossed the container of pickles onto the counter in front of me with an attitude and told me no to giving me the employees name. Once I was able to look at the receipt as I got back to work is when I realized they were in fact the same person. I do not understand how someone with such terrible customer service couls possibly be the one to run an entire store. I've worked the food industry and am familiar with poor customers so i strive to be as pleasant and forgiving as possible when talking with other people in the industry. This was beyond horrible service. Besides his disgusting attitude and attire the food was good, and the other employees were nice albeit busy and looked stressed. Today was completely unprofessional. I walked up and the gentleman at the counter had his back to me and was clowning around. I stood there for a bit when one of the employees facing me told him I was there. He started my order when he shouted past me hey your not supposed to be in here. Then laughs and say that's my brother he is not supposed to be in here. He continues to take my order but then gets a phone call in which he silences. He asks my name for the order and I tell him he says I dont care what it is I'll put in Frankenstein. Very unprofessional.. As I am waiting for my order I see his brother at the counter who he hands food without paying and his brother heads out the back door. The next set of customers he waits on while on his phone. When my sandwich is made in a timely manner I ask the lady if the person acting a total fool was their new manager because I saw him speaking to a gentleman who had been filling out an application. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHORRIBLE. The girl couldnāt ring up our order. Wasnāt even aware that the restaurant served salads. Was overcharged. Took 3 different attempts to find a pop that tasted right. My husband ordered a turkey bacon ranch sub that did not have bacon on it. He realized that after a few bites and when I went to tell the manager, she insinuated that I was lying. She brought out bacon after a few minutes and was hardly apologetic. But the best part was the severe stomach pains and sickness my husband and I got on the drive home. Which was probably due to the soup we ordered, which was less than fresh. The owner of this restaurant should really take a better look into the restaurant and hire employees that look like theyāve at least showered that day. Almost Christmas and Iām horribly sick and feel terrible....
