Nex-Tech Wireless — Local services in Hutchinson

I had a great experience here at the local store. I was a little hesitant at first because I wanted to make sure I had a good phone carrier that would get service down highway 50. My last service provider did not get any service on that highway. The representative Devyn Jones assured me that I would have absolutely no problems. It was his belief in the product he sold that made me want to switch to Nex-Tech vs going to a more expensive carrier like Verizon Wireless. Since having the phone he as been able to answer any of my technical questions. Not only is he a great representative but he also is true to his word, I went down highway 50 the other day and for the first time ever I never lost service. I’ve been with Verizon, T-Mobile, and a few budget carriers. They were all too expensive and had severe reliability issues. I’ve been with Nextech wireless for a few years now and have had absolutely zero problems with reliability and they’re cheaper than the big 3 carriers. If you are looking to get service in Hutchinson KS or surrounding areas, Nextech is the ONLY choice. I could have easily given a ONE STAR review here, for all the problems that occurred in an attempt to get a friend phone service! BUT... Gavin was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in navigating through all of the potholes, poodle hoops, and hurdles of getting my friend phone service, and getting the charges and billing straightened out!

I couldn't have asked for a kinder, more patient person to help us!
