I went on my lunch hour to get something quick. I ordered in no time but then there were 3 cars ahead and it took 10 min before I got to window to pay. My debit card has trouble swiping in some systems because it is used frequently and starting to wear. I was informed that because it wouldn't swipe I needed another form of payment. It had the chip on it which reads fine, but they are not set up for the chip reader. I asked the employee to take a piece of receipt tape and put over the magnet strip and do it that way. Always works but she was not able to figure out how to do it. I asked her to just enter manually if they were not able to use chip and their system wasn't reading her attempts to swipe. She informed me that they don't have the ability on their system to enter it manually. I did not have another form of payment other than check book (they probably don't accept checks anyway) So I went to taco hut right down the street and called it ahead so it was ready when I got there and on the first swipe it worked on their machine. Read moreThis Taco Bell is one of the best in town. They always make sure the order is right the first time before leaving. I have never had any problems. Recently waited quite a while but, had nothing better to do with my time so sat patiently awaiting my order which took a long time due to ordering fresh fry foods and I know how that can be so not complaining. The customer service staff looked unamused as several other customers were coming up complaining about incorrect orders and wait times. I have seen this many different times in my travels but have never experienced it personally. The staff seems to work hard and get their tasks done. It never looks like an entire kitchen dedicated to being on their phones and the managers are very friendly and work with customers if there's ever any sort...
Read moreI ordered breakfast from this location and received all of my order burnt. Not subjectively burnt, like too dark for me but ok by normal standards, but obviously burnt which should have prompted them to not serve that as a paid order.
Once I was home and noticed, I called to inform them of the issue. After the third or forth time of calling due to no one answering the phone, I spoke to a lady who stated she was the “owners wife”. I explained the situation, and what was her reaction? She laughed. She started giggling and told me that I should have brought it back or called sooner (I had been 45 minutes) and to bring the food back the next morning for them to see that it was burnt to fix the issue.
