McLeod County Fairgrounds — Local services in Hutchinson

I had a wonderful day here at the Mcleod County Fair. Cost was only five dollars per adult, which was great since I am on a budget. Parking was well directed by staff and was plentiful. The displays were set up in a attractive manner and well lit. The floral section smelled wonderful and I enjoyed the scarecrows, some comical some pretty scary, lol. The home baked foods looked good, I enjoyed the bacon and eggs snack displays. My favorite activity the day I went to the fair was the Raptor Center Show. The McLeod County Fair is a clean, happy, eye-catching place for the whole family. We've brought open class handmades here for years, to compete for judging & prizes. The volunteers who help with competitions are so friendly & encouraging. Husband & I grew up in the cities, and we didn't attend a county fair.
