Yogi's Vape — Local services in Hutchinson

I bought a mod yesterday (3-27-23) and was looking at a specific one (tan leather and shiny chrome) and the young gal as nice as she was to me offered another that appeared to be the same but with a matte finish which I would have preferred since matte finishes tend to not looked as scratched down the road. Long story short the lighting in the shop played tricks on the eye because it looked matte chrome but when I opened it up at home in good lighting I could clearly see it was not matte chrome but a rose gold colored... not really what a guy like me wants to carry around. I attempted to exchange this mod still being brand new and they wouldn't honor the exchange because "it's a tobacco product" so what if it were broken and didn't work properly? Does that mean they won't honor the warranty? I guess I'm stuck with it because it is "opened" even though it was already opened by the store to put on display, had it come in a sealed package it would be my responsibility to check the package to make sure it is what I want before opening. So I guess is buyer beware but I won't be using thier services anymore and would suggest everyone else use due diligence and look around and always look twice especially if a product doesn't come "new" in the package even though you are...

They need to educate the public better on their Vape juices the lady gave me a 50/50 blend at 13% and it was absolute horrible it was like smoking an ultra light so if you're looking at quitting smoking cigarettes ask them many many many many many questions before they blend you up any juices. Why is there a 12 year old boy behind the counter at Yogi's? Not like he looked 12, but an actual preteen? I went in there to get a coil for my mod, and the guy behind the counter had no idea what to tell me except, go home and research it and come back. The vape was a gift so I don't know what kind of coil to get. When the younger looking fella walk behind the counter I asked if he knew, to which the employee said don't ask him, he's 12 years old.
