I wanted to stop in while I was at the festival today but when I walked in just a group of workers just sitting around talking to each no hello or nothing had a nasty attitude when I asked for Pacific popcorn they were saying something smart as I was walking out the door, but it was too hot to even address the ignorance. Please get better workers that wanna work and not be lazy and actually do their job because having six people at the front of that tiny counter with no hello no nothing just makes no sense at all as much as I love the popcorn I will never go back in there again I see why it was empty you get a nasty vibe from the all female group...

This is a knock-off location. Wish I'd read the reviews before visiting. The cheese popcorn was stale. The caramel popcorn clearly isn't made with molasses, which is what sets Garrett apart. Honestly, I don't think they make popcorn on site at this location or they're serving yesterday's product; not sure which is worse. You're better off venturing downtown or even going to Mariano's if you want something edible. And to get ahead of the company bot that responds to negative reviews: No, I will not be contacting the Customer Service team by email or phone as they should be keeping tabs on these reviews and adjusting...
