Union sub — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

First I want to mention there’s suppose to be a principal when it comes to businesses and what kinda of service they provide.. This one would’ve been a negative star if it was an option.. 2:30am there was an order called in for 2 pizza puffs & one side of fries the time given was 10min get there & to wait 20 just to get home with 1 pizza puff & 2 fries!.. I called then & no answer so decided to call 10min ago here’s where “principal” comes in I was very polite & the guy who answered heard what I said & still ended up hanging up on me not wanting to be bothered. I don’t care if your paying $10 for something it’s hard earned money & the cook couldn’t even make sure it was the right one. Yes, we as costumers can do the same before leaving but frustration after waiting so long of course you want to leave & go home.. actually a refund was about to be requested but the guy said no no it’s ready. I've never really had nothing but their chicken wings, which are pretty good. I prefer small wings with lemon pepper and black pepper by me like small wings they usually would give me 2 extra wings.my last visiti ordered a 4 piece wing plus an extra wing this time I was given 5 small small wings which was over cooked no extra at all for $9 dollars I was very up set no extra I'm talking too small so I called the restaurant manger he stated bring the order back he will make me a new order I told him I had already eaten the small bird because I was hungry.so he didnt state come back that he would give me a small 4 piece he stated next time for me to let him know next time I come back.that they will give me some wings.and that was that also their prices is way too high for...

I placed an order, and it took far longer than expected. I understand that things can get busy, but waiting for over 30 minutes for a simple meal is excessive, especially when I could see my order just sitting there for ages. When it was finally ready, I watched as the worker started to prepare my order in front of me—and to my surprise, he made it wrong.

I tried to politely point out the mistake as he was assembling it, but he didn’t seem to acknowledge it. It was clear he didn’t check my order before preparing it, which left me wondering why I had to wait so long just for them to get it wrong. When I asked for a refund since I paid with my debit card I I couldn’t get the fee of 3 dollars back that I was charged…. This place is horrible and filled with health code...
