I just moved into the neighborhood on Saturday and walked past this restaurant with my wife and son. The smell of freshly prepared fish and chicken is what made me open my senses and walk into this professionally painted lobby. I was astonished by the work. Once getting over the paintings on the wall I went ahead and ordered. Some fish for my wife, shrimp for my son and I took the wings. The young gentleman whom took my order was extremely professional, perceival and made my orders to perfection. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!! That LEMON PEPPER stuff they shake on your meal was absolutely DELICIOUS !!!!!!. My wife honestly enjoyed her Tillapia and Cat Fillet combo. My son was extremely happy with the medium shrimp, stated "Dad it's not gooey like the last couple places we visited. The Shrimp off the Chain is how he replied to me." This DEFINITELY IS OUR FAMILIES PLACE. It's a very busy place. Which means that food is being prepared and sold at an alarming rate. Yes the food is great ! People there real friendly and I waited approx 12-15 minutes maybe more but they had plenty others waiting for food also. My overall experience is four thumbs up...

They don't greet you, and the face expressions be like they don't want to be at work but work but want a pay check. Last time I was there this girl was literally making the worst face expressions because more people was coming in and it was close to closing. Just lock the door if you about to close... Its like a hit or miss when you get food from here.. depending on who cooking. Sometimes its cook just right other times it fried soo hard. Presentation is everything. Stop hiring just anyone, get some people with great customer service and great attitudes. this place is located in a good location however the customer service and food needs to get better....for example, if you close at 11pm, lock your door at 10:45p. Read moreIt’s Christmas Eve 10/24/2021 at 7:22 pm is when I called back this Sharks and spoke to some guy who claims he just got on shift up front.I went to deliver a GrubHub order to a diner and This Sharks handed me the WRONG order and the diner was given cheese-sticks when they are allergic to dairy. What prompted me to write a review was the UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE guy who answered the phone. He proceeded to say “we also get penalized not just you guys, you guys need us.” then he followed it with a “it’s not a big deal”. It’s about to be a SECOND pandemic in Chicago . YOU SMALL RESTAURANTS NEED US DELIVERY DRIVERS to keep your customers.
