Today I went to Starbucks and ordered a matcha lemonade venti and a grande white chocolate non-fat decaf mocha. It took them about 25 minutes to make my drink when the people in front of me only ordered water and a tall sized drink. They originally screwed up my matcha drink making it an iced latte. It was not the baristas fault, but rather the person on cash had rung it up incorrectly. There was a girl with red hair in the back whom was consistently talking to the other girl who was also making drinks. Although the girl with red hair did make my drink in accordance with what the cashier had rung up, it took her over 15 minutes. Then I spoke with a woman who appeared to be the manager and she remade my drink very fast. When I asked about the grande white mocha after I had been waiting 25 minutes they gave it to me, it was just sitting there behind the counter already steamed. By the time I got the drink and gave it to my mother, whom was parked in the back, it was already cold. The manager handed me a Starbucks card that says “$4 off your next visit.” This is not the first, second or the third time this Starbucks location has messed up my order, its been at least over 10 times. Read moreI went to Starbucks today ( 08.21.23 @10am) an there was a long line in drive thru so I decided to make an online order and while I was checking out getting ready to pay online the line was moving so once it was my turn to order I had told the lady I had an online order and she said “ Next time don’t be placing an online line order 1 minute before getting into the drive thru because the order isn’t even ready yet” and I said ok I didn’t make it a big deal so then I get to the window where they hand out the food/drinks and she gave me attitude with what I had ordered, I had ordered an ice chai latte with NO ice so then she comes up to me saying “so what is it going to be a hot latte since you put no ice” with attitude and I told her just give me what I placed on the app so then she made my drink didn’t even fill it up to the top I still had one more drink which wasn’t handed to me yet and the lady says “what else are you missing” still with an attitude. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a while now and I have never experienced Such a bad customer service. people there are always so nice but this lady was either having a bad day or just needs to work on her customer service. Read moreI’m changing this review to 5 stars. They’ve improved greatly. There in try her first year they were probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to every single time. I got the same two or three things every day and they could not get the order right, but it’s much improved. They don’t mess up an order any more frequently than any other place. They are also friendly in addition to being competent now.
This poor Starbucks! They are practically across the street from me so I like to walk there a lot with my little service dog. I go there all the time. It was forever before they got my order right. Even though I only got two things, one would be missing, Half of the time, literally. And I’m not exaggerating when I say that the greeting I got from some of the register people was a stare Until I finally said “are you ready for my order”? Lol. But I have to say, they have some really good people working there now. I have had several positive encounters with people and I think that they have had gradual improvement.
