First of all, I walk in and they are playing cards. One guy is literally laying on a couch with his legs up.
This company is so corrupt - I agreed to change over Verizon because they said they would keep my bill the same and pay off my phone I was still paying off from Verizon. After I signed the contract - They refused to pay off the phone and my bill is $50 higher.
Then I lost my phone and wanted help with the insurance claim and they said I didnāt have insurance (even though I did) and had to buy a new phone- they sold me a new phone then when I confronted them about it with my bill that proved I said insurance they said āitās not my fault, thatās another sales guys fault - he lied to you to get the sale.ā I told them to return the phone and go through insurance and they said āI didnāt do it so I canātā.
Do not trust anyone from this store or T-Mobile/ they say what they want to get a sale. Itās sick...

When I arrived I had to wait for quite a while and by the time the girls working there were done with the previous customers, they didn't even acknowledge me. I had to ask them if they were even going to help me. Then I showed them the message the technician had sent and told me to show them, they had no idea what to do. The one girl laughed at me rudely, and made me feel as though I should have been the fool for not being able to solve their problem. One of the girls was even taking selfies and posting them on Snap Chat. They eventually gave me the new SIM card. The employees clearly had no idea what they were doing, and were very rude. I went to this T-mobile location and told there was a male and female employee working there about 10 am today 4/25/22 because I couldnāt figure how to open a download file on my phone.. I was very disappointed and shocked the the two employees did not know how to do it either , the comet from the male employee ā was we donāt know how to find the download filesā we just sell the phonesā.. very bad service and un knowledgeable staff .. sounds like these two employees need some training or have knowledge of there job.. arenāt we supposed to take are phone to place where we bought it...
