Chef and manager were condescending and rude when it was brought to our attention my friend who has a nut allergy ate sauce containing nuts, after menu had no warnings of nuts in any of the food. We were very freaked out and concerned for our friend since the last time she ate nuts she had to go to the ER, and the staff unfortunatley, couldn't seem to care less other than to deny any accountability. the staff's reaction to a very serious, potentially life threatening situation, was inferriating to say the least. Especially since my friend was the only black person in the whole establishment, the lack of care and promptness to addressing her safety was very upsetting. After revealing to them the nut allergy of my friend, we had to remove the food from her plate ourselves and then ask separately for a new plate. The chef came out and his attitude was far less of caring and far closer to blaming us, though I don't remember the last menu I've seen that doesn't specify when an item has nuts. I agree that I will definitely make sure to include allergies in reservations going forward absolutely! but the response from the men felt very disrespectful and condescending. The manager insured us that they would take care of her plate but charged her anyway for the item on the plate that needed to be replaced? lol. We will definitely never be going here again. I hope they can be kinder going forward and work to create an environment where everyone feels cared for because that definitely was not it.

Quick Summary The best meal I've had in Tahoe. The polenta cakes were the star of the show. Entrees were all very good, but I particularly liked the stuffed portabello, steak, and chicken. Service was excellent. Only complaint was the lack of AC in the unit Food- 5 stars Great prices (they were better before they got the best of Tahoe award), good portions, and very delicious Roasted Garlic spread- this was a solid opener Mary's chicken- this was very good. The chicken was incredibly juicy and the sauce was very flavorful Lamb shank- this was good as well but I wish there was a more flavorful sauce that came with it. There were some portions that were slightly dry Skirt steak- perfectly seasoned and very delicious Stuffed Portabello- this was very good. Excellent vegetarian option We tried the polenta cakes, broccoli, asparagus, wilted spinach and aragula salads. All the sides were excellent, but the polenta cakes were what stood out the most Coffee and donuts- this was very good and a must-get for your dessert. The batter was very good and complemented well with the coffee gelato and chocolate syrup Service- 5 stars Our server, Nikki was fantastic throughout. Very enjoyable experience Bottom Line Rosewood was our favorite restaurant in our latest Lake Tahoe trip. Excellent food, service and fair pricing. Easy parking as well in the large strip mall. Only compliant was the lack of AC, and be prepared for a loud atmosphere

I wanted to give it five stars, but there's a few things that take away from it being a full five star review, we sat outside and uh, the space outside is nice, but it's not a great ambiance, because you're right next to the parking lot inside might have been great. But we wanted to be outside. The food way it was very delicious. I just thought the menu was small, and the prices were a little bit too high for some of the things. For example, the arugula salad was literally arugula leaves, dressing, and parmesan cheese tossed on it for $10. I thought that was really silly. My husband got the flank steak, which was good, and then I got the pasta with chicken breast, which was also good, but I had to ask for 2 rounds of extra parm to add some flavor. The donuts and coffee gelato were awesome. The service was great. Taylor was a great server and provided great recommendations, and the manager even stopped by the table and chatted with us as well. So it's definitely worth going to and trying for yourself.

First and foremost, the atmosphere of the restaurant is incredibly fun and lively. The decor is modern, with plenty of windows. The music is upbeat and energetic, which adds to the overall positive vibe of the place.

The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which helps to make the dining experience all the more enjoyable. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with warm smiles and helpful guidance as you navigate the menu and select small bites or larger your dishes.

Speaking of the menu, while it is relatively small, the options are incredibly creative and packed with flavor. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented, with a focus on fresh, local ingredients that really shine through in every bite.

Of course, the standout feature of this restaurant has to be the cocktails. They are absolutely delicious, with unique flavor combinations and expertly crafted presentations that are almost too pretty to drink. Whether you prefer a classic cocktail or something more adventurous, you are sure to find something on the menu that will satisfy your taste buds.

Finally, it's worth noting that the restaurant was packed with people on Easter, which is a testament to just how popular and well-loved this place has already become with locals. Despite the busy crowds, the staff remained attentive and on top of everything, ensuring that everyone had a fantastic experience.

Overall, I highly recommend this new restaurant addition in Incline Village for anyone looking for a fun and delicious dining experience that won't break the bank. With a great atmosphere, friendly staff, creative menu, and fantastic cocktails, it's definitely a place worth visiting again and again. Let's make sure we frequent them enough to afford themn to stay open and...

Pros: this is one of the best meals we’ve had in Incline Village, the food was excellent.

Cons: our party of three arrived at 5:30pm on a weeknight in hopes of avoiding a dinner rush. After placing our order for one cocktail, sodas, and the bread/garlic starter for the table, and then 5 minutes later placing our dinner order, we waited almost 15 minutes for anything to show up. And then everything showed up at the same time except the cocktail which I had to ask for again. The noise level in the restaurant might be the loudest we’ve ever experienced. Halfway thru dinner, our server asked if I would like another cocktail, said yes, and then waited and waited for it to arrive, then flagged down two different wait staff to ask about the drink, the second person I flagged down may have been a mgr who went behind the bar and made the drink himself while the table next to us(7 top) was ordering multiple drinks and having them arrive within 3-5 minutes, along with all of their apps/food, in a timely manner. At this point we should have left, but we really wanted dessert, ordered and waited again a long time for the food to arrive. One member of our party actually left the restaurant to sit outside due to the noise level. Our server apologized for the kitchen being backed up, they did comp us one drink, which was appreciated.

The service was inconsistent, the wait staff seemed overwhelmed, and the noise level was horrendous. I hope management can work on these issues because your food/drinks are top notch and we would like...
