Traveling for work and I ordered food from here in response to being stuck in hotel due to snow storm. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to deliver my order in the snow, and for that, I am very thankful; however, I did pay a $10 delivery fee so it isn't like it was a "courtesy". I ordered the large Chilaquiles and a chicken pot pie and was generally disappointed in both. While the food did help me "survive" in my hotel and I did eat on this food several times, the quality was underwhelming. The chilaquiles appeared to have powdered eggs (certainly not fresh) and the beans were very thin, runny, and looked like watered down and/or instant beans. At $11 for this dish consisting of tortilla chips, "eggs', "beans" and red sauce, it simply does not seem like a value for that cost. Not only was I disappointed in the quality of ingredients, but the final $40 cost was the insult to injury.

UPDATE

I am absolutely aware of food costs, besides I eat dont I? Such an asinine response Boo hoo that your costs rose, not my responsibility as a consumer My living costs ALSO rose so we're in the same boat. Never expected anything for free Very rude to go at a customer and it speaks even more than the disappointing food Thankfully this was a 1 time experience Lowered rating to 1 star because owner is whiny and...

I've been a long time customer of this place and I don't know why because this place is terrible. Today was the final straw. I ordered 4 breakfast burritos and 3 of which were filled with egg shells. So much so that every bite I took I seemed to have more eggshells in my mouth then actual eggs. In fact there's a lot of irony in that because when I called to complain the lady on the phone gave me the most stupid excuse that the reason there were eggshells is because they use real eggs....Not only was the lady extremely rude but she did not even try to resolve the issue or make the customer happy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I should've learned my lesson a long time ago because the last several times I went here the food was very disappointing and also pretty expensive for the...

Every time we go here it is just not a good experience. We are locals (and have been for 6 years) and we keep trying this place but today was the final attempt. Not only do they often get your order wrong, because they simply seem to not pay attention when you are ordering and are incredibly unfriendly, but then when we ask to get out donuts prior to breakfast, which we do not get. Then, we get (2) horribly burnt bagels, one so bad it was unbelievable that they ever tried to serve it. Then we get attitude when we ask for another one that is not burnt. No apology, just attitude. Why so mean, all the time? Seriously? What is the issue that you just can not be friendly or nice? Or get the order correct or provide good friendly service? It is horrible.

AND READ THEIR REPLY, SAYS...

Just moved to incline wanted to try a new breakfast place and get a yummy breakfast order to go for my husband’s birthday, ordered breakfast burrito, chocolate chip pancakes and French toast. The woman cooking my food was overwhelmed seeming and when I got there to pick up my order she was pretty rude and said my online order takes up to 45 mins, I was fine with waiting i knew I came early, I was just coming to check out the place. Anyways talked to her husband John who was friendly, but seemed exhausted as well. Took my food home. My French toast and pancakes were very burnt. Like black! Not even edible. Maybe we will try it again? They were having a bad day? But that was pretty bad. The pancakes and French toast was for my baby and 3 year old and they couldn’t eat it.
