I have 2 TVs and an air fryer that need repaired. On the website I was only able to schedule one device, not kowing if I have to schedule the other two separately. Calling is no good due to automation so I never found out the answer other than I need to schedule online. Today I went with all three. Upon arriving I asked for help to get them out of my vehicle to just be handed a cart. In regards to the air fryer I was told it would be better to just buy new. Didn't even get the chance to bring it in the store. Upon entering with the two TVs the first question was if I'm here to trash them.... getting to the Geek Squad desk no one was there . There were also no customers in front of me. When a worker finally got to me, I was told that they cant work on any of it if not purchased or under warranty at their store, which is completely different from what I remember. I feel like it was a waste of time, effort, gas, and money on my part. I'm highly disappointed! However, if you all don't want to do your job and make money then by all means go out...

I guess at the same time the geek squad put another charge on a closed account. I have had to deal with their collection agency every since then. After over an hour he charged her a $100.00 and said he'd be right back. Of course that never happened for he never came back That aggravates the hell out of me when the younger generations are guilty of elder abuse especially my own Mother.
