I bought a lot of merchandise here for Christmas I had started working from home. When I set my monitor up the wire kept knocking out the monitor. I took everything back to get a new one. Drake was very rude to me he doesn,t have people skills. When I requested a manager to help me he went the the back room to speak to Angelina for a long time she said during to me missing the return dead line and no open boxes to get me another wire all I could do is exchange it but I lost my warranty I bought. I had to purchase another warranty. She normally has a good attitude with helping customer,s and how to talk to the but not this time I believe her mind was already made up after she had her talk with Drake. So you buy a warranty for 4 years with this store you return the item due to it not working and you cannot carry that warranty on when you have to do a return not a exchange. I m sorry to say at least Nebraska furniture take,s care of their customers and I would not of had a rude employee to talk to and I would not of had to buy another warranty. What has happened with taking care of the customer. Instead of doing that you don,t want to buy from them but you do want to buy from a retailer that backs their product. Me opening the box and in less than 3 minutes. Cost me my warranty, and dealing with a rude customer service employee. I know things are ruff out here were all going thru it. It came right up on the website, So I went to that store which is on 39th St. In Independence Missouri. I walked into the store and showed the man behind the counter my old battery, He said "Oh we don't carry batteries for any laptops here then said, he's sure if I go on the best buy.com website, that I would find a store that does. Why didn't he at least look, or check for me??? He just argued with me that if I looked it up on Best buy.com he's sure Is find another best but that carries them. So I pulled out my phone in front of him and showed him that they carry them according to the website and he said "Well,I'm not in control of what it says on the website,and that maybe I should have called first 🤬😡😓 I would have called but it wasn't open yet when I was researching where to buy them!!! Read moreThis Great Clips keeps getting worse and worse! Their online check-in waitlist is off by more than 90 minutes today. It's a Saturday, and there is ONE employee working (see pictures). Customers are fuming and leaving left and right. Who schedules ONE stylist for a Saturday afternoon??? We've all arrived at our supposed check-in times, only to sit and wait another 90-120 minutes. And this one poor employee keeps apologizing; but obviously it's not her fault. She's not in charge, but her manager should be ashamed of herself for treating her employees and customers like this!
4/25/24 update: The A/C hasn't worked in weeks. All the stylists were complaining about the cheapskate owner who gave them an oscillating fan for these 82°F muggy days. Did you catch that?
