VERY Frustrating! First time, shame on Chick-fil-A. Second time, shame on me! Third time? Probably not. This is the second time within the past month that I have gone to Chick-fil-A and ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit meal. The first time, the gentleman repeated my order, but instead, I received a bacon biscuit sandwich (a biscuit with bacon only). Unfortunately, I don't remember the manager's name that I spoke with, but she was an older woman who appeared annoyed that I had waited until I got to work to eat my meal and inquired why had it taken me so long before noticing I didn't get what I order. Upon returning to Chick-fil-A, my sandwhich was replaced and I was offered a free chocolate chip cookie. I was also advised to check my order (which I feel I shouldn't have to do) prior to driving off next time. Today, I ordered the same exact meal, a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit meal. The lady taking my order repeated back exactly what I asked for, but instead, I got a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese (English) muffin meal. Upon calling the store and speaking with a manager (I believe she said her name was Megan), I shared my experience and how frustrating it was to not only be told I couldn't have my BREAKFAST meal replaced because breakfast time was over, but that maybe it was my fault as they've changed the menu around and I was proceeded to be asked, "Did you order a #5 or #6"? Considering I don't work for Chick-fil-A, I don't have the menu memorized, but again, shared that I ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese BISCUIT SANDWICH MEAL. I was told I could get a free lunch for today OR receive a coupon in the mail, but if I wanted to get my actual meal replaced, I couldn't get it the following day due to policy (which isn't an issue). The issue I had was after looking at my receipt, I see that I wasn't rung up for the right meal. When asking about a refund, I was told my info would be "written down somewhere" and that I could get my refund within the next 24 hours.

Read moreThis is a sham on a chikfila in all of my years of going to chikfila I’ve never been treated this way. The food was great however the attitude from the manager was not! I ate inside then left and sat in my car in the heat for 20 minutes trying to back out. They had a full line in the drive through then another line for pick ups wrapped around the entire parking lot blocking all cars in. I called spoke to a manager explained it and she said she’d have someone come out and look into it. Another 10 minutes go by, no one comes out. So I go in and speak with a skinny tall long haired (in a pony) manager at the counter. Who immediately gets aggravated with me telling me it’s another drive through line and she has no one to send out right now. I calmly tried to explain to her no it’s not another drive through I asked the ppl in the cars and they were there for pick up orders. I asked her several times to have someone come out and get them to move as id been in the parking lot trying to leave for 30 mins and she told me oh well it’s a drive through line. So oh well that my kids have been sitting in a hot car, oh well that I’m now late to where I need to go. Oh well I wonder if she’d feel the same if I went to her house and blocked her in her drive way and just said oh well even if she asked me to move. There is a whole other side of the building that she could have politely asked the pick up customers to move to so others...
Read moreI never thought I’d leave a bad review at a Chick-fil-A… I ordered through the app. Grabbed my food, got out to the car and realized I was missing a kids meal. Went back in and it took over 15 minutes of talking to 3 different people and showing my order to them multiple times. It felt like they didn’t believe me that I ordered any food. Made me feel like I was in the wrong. Even the manager came and made me feel like I was wrong. Finally they started getting my food but I heard the manager ask for a 5 ct nugget and fries. My son subbed for Mac and cheese and I paid extra for it. So I said something and she gave me a dirty glare like I was trying to pull a fast one. It’s on my order… I paid for it. Just give me my food. I even told them I was on the way to movies with my family and was going to be late. They didn’t care. We eat at Chick-fil-A anytime we are in a city and never had an issue until now. I was severely disappointed and will not come back to this location. I was humiliated and embarrassed by having to raise my voice just to get the food that I had paid for. I wouldn’t even expect that low of service from a Burger King...
