I went to the DXL in my town. “Hey I’m looking for cargo pants.” The person replied, “We don’t carry any in stock. You have to drive 30 miles to a bigger DXL that will have them in stock. I drive 30 miles. I say the same thing. Person says, “Oh we don’t have any in stock. You’ll have to buy online.” At least she measured my waist so I know what size to order. But ordering online, what if it’s not cut right? What if, like one pair of pants I ordered, the belt loops were too far apart so that the button and zipper stuck out? I went to shop at a store on purpose. Read moreI have been left on the phone waiting for 30 mins to speak with the store manager, who told me in should apply for the key holder position, and instead of customer service all I hear is them casually talking about McDonalds. So when i finally hung up the phone to call back the line is busy. I now DO NOT want the key holder position. If I cant even get someone to speak with me over the phone, how could I ever work with them?
