Ed and Chris run a first class operation and what great guys! I called Ed to talk through installing a jack plate on our Hewes Redfisher 16 expecting like all the other places to be weeks out. Ed had the Bob’s Action JP in stock, he said bring it by in the morning, I’ll have it ready later that afternoon, and he nailed it. We had to get a longer steering cable, Ed said no problem; he called his supplier, had one delivered, and by that afternoon the boat was completely done. I am a guy that generally likes to work on my boat, I have installed trolling motors, GPS/ Fish Finders etc. and as such I am particular about how things should be. I found Suncoast Auto Marine on-line (Ed Fernandez) and after I saw the reviews I decided to give Ed a shot. His price was excellent, basically he removed the my old Power Pole and installed a new one for the same price I could buy it for retail. I looked all over, particularly dealing with the dealership where I purchased my boat. No offense to them, but I’m so glad I found Ed. He is absolutely great, he spent time on the phone with me, prior walked me through everything from the first phone call. Best service, price and customer service.
