I went to Indian Trail hardware Saturday morning needing a weed eater. Not something I plan on having to use a lot, just touch ups after the man who mows finishes every now and then. I had been to Walmart and did not find what I wanted. The thought of going to a big box store was not something I wanted to do on a Saturday. I really wanted a Stihl and I knew that was something Indian Trail specializes in. To make a long story short, the 2 employees showed me what they had and it was better for my situation. ACE would not help us out. We called manufacturer, who sent us to a repair guy in Charlotte (who was very nice), who told us there was no oil in the mower.
