Hi, I would have given 0 star for all the three. I had placed an order on an app and went there in store to pickup. Firstly, a guy had messed and missed, (both) the order and later when asked and checked the order everything was okay. Later, came home and had each chalupa and everything was fine till then later my daughter picked up and had 3-4 bites of ''BEEF'' chalupa instead of a ''BEAN'' CHALUPA. I was totally upset and called them immediately saying how can they mess up. A lady picked up the call and she put me on hold even before I could talk. I was on a hold for more than 10minutes and I could hear them chat and laugh but she wasn't ready to talk. Later had to disconnect the call and call them back but they weren't ready to pick my call even after couples of calls. Finally, a lady picked up the call and was explaining the issue but she wasn't ready to listen and instead wanted me to come and exchange it. I asked her was it so simple that it could be exchanged that my daughter eating beef instead of bean. She should be ashamed of saying that to me over the call and I told her it 20mins drive to come down at 10:15pm. She immediately disconnected the call. Im so UPSET and ANGRY at the same time. This store here people should be ashamed of themselves and needs to learn how to behave, talk and most importantly ''RESPECT'' what they don't want to eat and not force customers. Read moreI’m so sick of this location. Every 2-3 months I decide to give them another go, only to be reminded why I stopped going. And now I’m finished looking forward to meals I won’t get to have here. Gather round.
First, I’m forced to use the app that has me prepay for food they won’t make until after you show up, which already annoys me. This is because I like Quesaritos, which were arbitrarily removed from the menu to be an app-only exclusive. If I’ve paid for a meal, please make it. If I don’t show up, you’ve not lost anything, and the experience would be closer to literally every other restaurant that has an app that accepts pre-payment
When I show up, without fail, they’ve run out of the ingredients to make at least one of the items, and ask at the pickup window 15-20 mins after I’ve paid for it if I’ll accept a cheaper substitute and no refund for the difference. As though I have a choice - money is out of my account and I’ve already driven out here and waited. I can’t help but notice this always happens if I have a steak item on the order so I guess don’t ask for it - you’ll be offered chicken parts instead after you’ve paid.
The “shredded chicken” by the way is not breast meat by any stretch if that was your thinking. It’s chopped up chicken nodules and “parts” I’d never ask for - as substitute for the steak I ordered and paid more for. Once I could have accepted as a one-off. Maybe even 2 or 3 times, but this literally happens any time I order from this location and it isn’t worth it...
Read moreSo I went in tonight an few hours ago and I could tell how the drive thru was looking from the out while walking to the door to open it all I could do was hear and seal an manger yell my and crushing this another guy out with glasses on he look like he was trying to help with drive thru olders and be on the lines as well also it look like he was trying to train an nother employee how to make food correct week next thing I hear door dash are back up now one would come and me but the I just an manger black with glasses came up to me and ask may I help you and have any one help you cause I seen you in here for min may I offer you something to drink and eat I told him no and proceeded with my order and this thing I heard was was two guys one light skin guy with something on his head we're laughing and giggling and yelling at the other do it or out loud talking about I shouldn't be here I should have never came today or it won't be like this to be messed up don't no body want you here so I went back and set down and waited the manger I guess with glasses did ok to help me out my way while the other manager I'm guess kept joking but to the point some of the managers could be nicer and professional more then likely I will not be coming back but the flood was fresh sorry could be better at nights more professional not like an bunch of people who don't care about us but again great job on the other guy with glasses to keep his cool some people notice more...
