Ok, so it’s been a while since I’ve reviewed a food joint. Today it’s Starbucks turn. Unfortunately, the main driving point this review is highlight assuming idea that companies like this have a good grip on the value of good service. When I came in for a short remote work session, I was surprised at how ‘busy’ the EIGHT employees in front of me seem to be, including the manager that none of them could be bothered enough to even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to order. I was further shocked at the moments going by and still no acknowledgement, a few quick glances but none of them taking the time say anything. I would expect at least someone to confirm hey, ‘we are really busy doing other things but we see you and will serve you momentarily’. Nope! They kept right on working..those busy little baristas. In all, I suppose it took about 45 seconds before someone turned around and spoke to me. Not an earth shattering traumatic misstep, but I am a paying customer, and it’s just rude. Side bar, I not a big fan of the Java mermaid so this did not help. Anyway, now that I have found a seat in the seemingly half full lounge. The sandwich, Bacon and Swiss Croissant 🥐 was surprisingly tasty and as for the drink, a moca cookie frap. It lacks an actually coffee taste unlike a latte expresso or Nespresso, yum. So far, the quiet atmosphere was the best part. Maybe next time will...

I will probably short of words or gramma mistake but Ash I think that’s his name is, he’s the person that make my day from -0 to +100!! He fix my daughter online order because the store at Fairview rd cannot make it since she order online and use the wrong address. But I got here at my store near where we leave and he fix the drink and plus I have a terrible day for personal reasons I had a headache and I was hungry, he took my order and I was ready to pay he said is on me! With his big and beautiful eye and smile. And of course I said I can pay. Is fine. He said not don’t you worry is on me. Of course me that slowly I been loose faith in some people, I look at him, I can’t believe it. I said anything but thank you so much. My eyes go watering, emotions staring all over. They were very professional they didn’t ask or say anything. I received my order I look at him way bye, and there’s he is saying bye to me too. People doesn’t know how small gesture can change the course of a day. Thank you so much. I hope I see you name correctly. Ash. You change more...

Day one of my bad experience, I waited in the mobile orders pick up area for seven minutes… Multiple people made eye contact with me but never helped me get my order or told me to hold on. The very next day, day two, I was first in line at the mobile order pick up counter. Two other customers walked up, The staff made eye contact but still did not help… When they finally did help, they helped the other two people that were there after me before they helped me, even though my order had been sitting there the longest. The very next day, day three, The staff made eye contact with me but still did not help me pick up my order. Someone came over to set another order on the counter and I stated my name to do a pick up and he would not help me. I had to reach around the Barrier to grab my order because I could no longer wait around and just be stared at and not helped. I’m getting Pretty annoyed with the lack of customer service at...

I do a mobile order everyday with a iced latte and a croissant. When they are out of croissants I will pick something else. Today the app said they were out of croissants, so I ordered a lemon loaf. When I went to pick up my order there were two food items and on the wrapper it said, “Michal we found an extra :-)”. And inside was a croissant. In today’s digital world, one of the biggest things an employee can do is make a customer feel seen. Well this Starbucks Team made my day and made me feel seen out of the hundreds of customers they serve each day. Thank you Starbucks Indian Trail!
