So the store manager Sandra is so unprofessional. There was a miscommunication about consignment with their store. It was definitely on me that i was wrong on our agreement. I signed their contract and it's on me. So I went there this morning to grab a check and a couple of my items. Sandra left me a voicemail with accusations on my behavior. I confronted her about it with no disrespect just being transparent about her voicemail. I asked to speak with one of the owners or to direct me how to get in touch with them and she got into a tizzy fit. Asked me to leave. So I continued to ask her to speak to the owner and her behavior was very unprofessional and called the police and told them I refused to leave. Which is definitely untrue. I then left waited for the officer to show up which he did spoke with him and explained what transpired and his response was ok I'm good and you can leave if you want to. You didn't break any laws as far as I can see. So I left These woman in charge of this business are so unprofessional and when confronted with a simple transparent question came unglued. Absolutely incredible experience. I know things are not perfect in this world but come on ladies especially Sandra the store manager professionals do not act the way she did. Maybe a great place to buy things but the ladies working representing that business can't handle transparency. Buyer's or sellers beware. Incredible situation that didn't even need...
Read moreI've been here a few times and have found most of the clothes to be overly worn, dinner with holes and priced at or above other thrift stores. They don't seem to be very discerning on what they're buying. My mother went here for the first time yesterday and said the lady at the front made her uncomfortable by following her around. I went back today with my children and mother. The same lady at the front came over to the same clothes rack and just like through things almost shoulder to shoulder with me. At first I thought she was a customer, because she never greeted or said anything to us. I almost asked her to back up because I don't like people being that close to my small baby. I walked over and started to look at the older kids clothes and she followed us, wedging herself between us and stuff next to us again pretending to look at the clothes. I was frustrated at this point because she was blocking the aisle. I decided to go look at the toys, at which point she went behind the counter. I realized then that she had been following us, I'm assuming thinking we were going to steal. I was SHOCKED. I mean I definitely wasn't dressed up, but I was being very polite and keeping my small child with me. I couldn't really stomach buying anything at that point, I got my mom, left my basket of things and walked out. I will never return or recommend this...
Read moreSELLERS USE CAUTION. Make sure the person tagging your items to sell is using "your" sellers number on their tags and not someone else's. I have taken items to them to sell a few times and the last time I had taken a large amount that were all name brand items, some with original tags still on and they said they didn't sell any of them so they were all donated. With experience selling items at multiple places I find it hard to believe that nothing, not even brand new name brand items with tags still on didn't sell at all. Be cautious if you have expectations taking items here to sell. I don't know if it was an error of the person tagging not paying attention or intentional or just being unorganized but unfortunately I have had much better experiences and much more success at...
