Cato Fashions — Local services in Indianapolis

I have been going to this store since it opened and have spent THOUSANDS of dollars here and I have NEVER experienced anything like what I experienced today. The sales rep “EMON BRYANT” will definitely be getting reported today! She could use a lesson that true costumer service is more than just walking around saying “Can I help you” while simultaneously following costumers around the store, treating them like they’re trying to steal AND then when they actual ask a simple question or in need of assistance then suddenly you’re too “busy helping another costumer” (who you came over to pretend to help cause they were where I was at the time and you were trying to play it off) but the other sales rep (who was from another store location) came over to TRULY help! It will be reported AND I will follow up to see that it gets addressed! As someone who WORKS in costumer service, I KNOW when I’m being “handled” and I definitely don’t...

The store is a more on the expensive side compared to similar stores. They have a nice selection if your looking for more mature business casual clothes. However the workers at this store are weird and annoying. My husband dropped me off at the front door and the worker who was by the front door just stared at me like I was gonna rob the place she never greeted me just continued to stare. Then while I'm shopping a different worker starts following me asking if I need help I said no and she continued to bother me. Idk if they genuinely want to help or if they think ppl are trying to steal but the harrasment has to stop. I can appreciate friendly helpful staff but here they are just flat...

Just went yesterday morning around 11 or so. I'm not sure what is happening with that store but the clearance racks are practically bare every time I've gone in there. As much as I shop there I have never seen it that way. And not to mention the sales clerk that was there, she was very cold and nonchalant. When asked when would the clearance racks be restocked, she just shrugged her shoulders. She barely gave any eye contact when she was ringing up my items. It was like she was annoyed that someone was even there shopping. She's the first I've ever encountered there who had an "attitude". Cato, having employees like that is going to kill...
