Spent 75 dollars on a delivery that was never coming. I called about a half hour after they said the food had left, I first called the driver and he said they gave the order to the wrong person so they knew what they did. I then called the store only for the "manager" to tell me my food had been given to some sketchy guy who he wasn't really sure about smh. I asked if the order could be replaced and was told that if it was was.. the so called "manager", (which sounded like a kid) literally said to me I would have to come pick the order up.. "because they didn't really want to have to remake the order", even though I paid for a delivery. Only other option was to cancel it, also no one was even going to notify me. I'd still be waiting had I not called to check on it. so my family will have to wait even longer now because I'm still working. I've given too much good money to this place to not even receive a viable resolution but a refund and a shoulder shrug. This place used to do good business, but I definitely won't...

Personally, I’ve never had a bad food experience at this location. My food is always hot and fresh and my order is correct. It’s typically ready by the time they say it will be. My issue is the customer service is AWFUL! Every time I come to pick up an order, I see multiple people working and walking back and forth in front of the drive thru window and even making eye contact with me but no one bothers to acknowledge me for a minimum of 3-4 minutes while the crew is yelling back and forth using f-bombs and having a party in the kitchen. It is incredibly unprofessional and rude. When they finally do acknowledge me at the window, there’s no smile, no apology, no please or thank you.
