I would give zero stars if I could! The company refused to give me my confirmation number where they order my siding from James Hardie. Was supposed to get a delivery 6 times and they never showed up. Itā€™s been 2 months and Iā€™m out thousands of dollars and no delivery date in sight. The office staff are the nastiest rudest people Iā€™ve ever seen. Worst James Hardie...

Refused to unload us because they were short handed. But there were plenty of people standing around and working, and 2 employees were willing to unload us so we didn't have to sit until the next morning. We are owed detention, and NILCO needs to hire more efficient, not lazy, office help and warehouse...
