Love this store & frequent all locations bi-weekly but other day guy with long brown shoulder length hair was beyond RUDE , NO ONE ever is there. Which shocked me. He was impatient with me when he informed me my flavor was out then had to beg to try others to commit. I accidentally put in wrong # to redeem points and yelled at me he had customers that just walked in he was too busy to fix issues and make right. $50×4-6 a Month here minimum is obviously not enough to keep a regular customer happy to this guy. Ill only got to one by Puccinis & Whiskey Business for now on. Lobe kid at one by Whisksy Business as he was my fav gas attendant, excellent customer service aswell as personality like group by Puccinis. Nearly every regular employee knows me , Ive never been treated sooo poorly. I did 2 for 45$. Even though I had total of 20$ rewards he deleted them out of spite. Found out after going to other location. Half the mind to dispute my credit card. Asked about my incense and rudely said if I don't see them they're gone which isn't true as other store went back & retrieved. Then I asked about gummies a few other new items and he was overly unprofessional and rude. Even couple there said I was there 1st and only one. Feel he also hated my key tag that was a,USA flag. The first time I went there, it was definitely five stars I believe I was served by the owner and he was super friendly and super helpful!

My second visit there was a white guy that looked like he was on drugs.Because he didn’t smile and frowned when he greeted me I could tell that he did not want to serve me.I turned around and walked out!

I recently purchased a Smok Nova at Smoke Kingdom. A short time after buying this I learned this product in particular apparently is known to leak the liquid as you inhale. I had the receipt, the box, and barely used the thing. But was told they wouldn't refund my purchase, they would only give me another pod!
