If I could give them 0 starts I would have. I'll never shop at this place again. I followed their instructions to secure an item I was interested in that was dropping in price. "All you have to do is just add it to your cart online at 12:01AM the night before. That will hold it for you and you can come in the next day at 10AM and finalize everything." Do I buy it online? "No just add it to your cart." Easy enough. So I added it to my cart at 12:01AM and was there the next day to finalize everything and pick it up. They sold it out from underneath me. Apparently all you have to do isn't just add it to your cart. You have to click thru checkout and submit a form. It's not even the miscommunication that angers me the most. It's the attitude about it after I felt like I just got screwed. "Have you ever purchased anything online before?" was the question I was asked. Yeah Susan. I have. Here's a question for you. Do you know where I'll never purchase anything ever again? ... Don't...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible customer service, Owner unwillingly to contact customer's directly with decisions that must be made by them. Instead, they issue their decision through non decision-makers to be relayed back to the customer. Associate even agreed with my stance on an issue and deflected back that they can't help because it was the Owner's decision. Beware doing business with this place and seek other stores with better customer service and customer support.

So in review, you would like to rinse your hands of it (refuse refund / refuse store credit for the difference (I offered this as a solution, you did not). Although, you may need to update your policy page to better reflect the way you handle your...
Read moreTerrible customer service. Consigned 13 items. Returned to see if items sold. 2 items sold but only received one of 2 reimbursement checks, as I returned 180 days from consignment. Employee behind the counter said management holds checks for 180 days per contract. They reverse their accounting entry and recognize the profit for themselves and remove their liability - responsibility to the consignor. Burden is put on the consignor to return the store. No notifications of sale, no ACH capabilities. Making matters worst, two managers got involved that had "no customer service" skills. They were condescending, immediately referenced fine print of consignment contract, reminded me it was my responsibility to read & understand what I signed. Will never return the store & will share the experience. After spending thousands of dollars in the store, their willingness to lose a customer and consignor over a $149 check...
