This was my first time going to this location and my last lol. I try not leaving bad reviews unless my experience is that bad. I ordered an iced coffee with syrups in it and extra Carmel drizzle. Medium size, they made me a large which you might think is nice but you can’t do that with coffee drinks cause then the way I customized it was for a medium size so the drink was bitter and didn’t look right so I go back they remake it, and I pull up and a young girl is questioning the drink before handing it to me and goes “wait.. is this drink right..?” And this older woman I assume the manager goes yes it’s right we had just made it a large before because she asked for extra ice.. I go right well it’s supposed to have extra Carmel too (if I didn’t pay for it I wouldn’t care but mentioned it cause they charge enough for coffee these days it should be exactly as I order) the young girl still doesn’t seem sure and the older lady goes oh yeah the carmels in there’s it’s just mixed all in… ( no I’ve had Starbucks before that’s not how it is lol. And the drink still wasn’t right and you could tell by looking, absolutely disgusting.) so at that point I had to call their corporate and get a refund. But yeah honestly some people don’t understand good coffee I tried giving the benefit of the doubt by going back and letting them remake it, but still not right. But this day I asked for an oat-milk espresso with “no ice” because when I ask for “less ice” they still fill the cup all the way up with ice, which is not what I want. For an 8$ drink I think I should get it however I want because that’s what I’m paying for. Upon asking for “no ice” the barista running the drive through became un-hinged and confused about having to top the drink off with no ice. She made sure to note that the drink will not be the same because I’m asking for no ice.Your customers keep the lights on, and if an extra splash of oat-milk and syrup breaks your mentality for producing my 8$ drink then I don’t think we can be friends. Read moreI’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer since 2013, and my go-to drink has always been a Vanilla Latte. I order it several times a week and know exactly how it should taste.
This morning, I ordered 7 Vanilla Lattes from this location, and unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. The drinks tasted like cold milk with coffee, not creamy at all, and with no foam. They were made unusually fast, and it really showed in the quality.
My friends even commented on how off they tasted, and we ended up purchasing the same drinks again from another Starbucks nearby—those tasted much better and consistent with what I expect from Starbucks.
I hope this location takes more care in preparing drinks, especially when customers are placing larger orders. Consistency and quality are the reason so many of us keep...
