Simply purchased an item online while in the store to take advantage of 20% off. Explained to the young lady at the register and she was super friendly and helpful. Made a call, confirmed the order went through and asked I sit while they packed it. After about 10 min the manager arrived to handle a separate issue and that’s when things took a turn. Her demeanor upon approach was clearly giving she’s not service centered and would rather not be bothered. With no idea I was sitting to the side she was dismissive and rude to the staff when asked a basic question about my order. Tone, body language and an unacceptable answer…which was idk and walked away as if to say please don’t bother me again. By definition of her title and what I’d expect from a manager was totally opposite of what she delivered. Manager is Laura. Definitely could use some leadership development training to not only treat staff with common decency, but space awareness. Since her “unbothered approach was in the open at the checkout counter other customers overheard and we were all surprised to find she was the manager. Service at this location has always been great. And I communicated since I bucked the system that I could come back. No problem. All three individuals handled me and her with extreme professionalism. And took care of it while I waited patiently. But Laura…the manager might need to re onboard whatever leadership and customer service training you offer because she most definitely either was just having a rough day or slept through that part of...
Read moreI’m highly upset right now. I ordered a shirt online and it said there were some in store. I thought this would be a quick pick up. I never received an email. So I called to the store and Sally got on the phone and was immediately rude. Saying they don’t have that shirt there is no order here and she couldn’t help. Then I get on a chat with an agent they gave me the information and said it would be there by the 25. I waited for the email nothing. So this morning I chatted with someone they told me it was ready but never sent an email. So I go to the store and Sally “helped” me. She immediately was dismissing everything I was saying. That if I ordered it online and it’s not there it’s still shipping or I made the mistake of shipping it to the wrong store and she couldn’t help me. She only looked up my phone number not my email. I had to stand in line uncomfortably talking to an agent and the agent said it’s ready and she was still arguing with me until I asked the agent for the store it’s at. Then she wants to actually go look for it. Then she finds it. Made me crazy and uncomfortable and she was very rude. She also accused me of smelling like weed. She kept making remarks to another coworker I just hate that smell I had a neighbor that would do that thank god he moved. It wasn’t even me that smelled like it but the guy next to me checking out. Made me very...
Read moreIt's no wonder people don't shop here anymore. I had an Amazon return to drop off, that went smoothly. They give me two coupons with my return so cool I've got time to kill I'll get something. One of the coupons was for Sephora but no one was at the desk or even in the kiosk so I took that item and the other item I was going to buy to the front. The lady at the register was freaking out we were apparently standing at the exit signage. First of all WHY is the exit sign right in front of the registers? Even the gentleman behind me was confused about it and she made us go stand 6 feet away from the sign and the one open register, oh and apparently he was actually in front of me. Neither of us understood how that worked as we just kinda looked at each other, but I went ahead and just allowed him to go first. When it was my turn to checkout I was once again lectured about the sign! I just want to buy my items, who cares where I'm standing when there is no one else even here. Then when I went to use my coupons I was told they aren't valid....you just gave them to me? How are they not valid? No explanation on that just told my total without the coupon. I left and didn't buy a thing. I sure hope I went through the right door and didn't miss another sign since that's apparently the most important thing...
