Unfortunately I have to put one star because google wont let you do zero… My fiancé and I custom ordered a living room set from here and our initial visit was good.. after that is when things went downhill. We were told 4-6 weeks delivery time. Six weeks rolls around so we call the store and just simply ask for an update. They weren’t able to give us any tracking information and just told us it wasn’t there yet. We continued to call once a week for the next 3 weeks. By the third week the manager (Suzanne) was extremely rude to me and said “calling isn’t going to make it get there any faster” when we were simply asking for an update or just any communication on why our order was delayed. We ended up having to drive 30 minutes out of our way to check on the furniture in person. Once again Suzanne was extremely rude and unprofessional to us. It was finally delivered 9 1/2 weeks after us ordering it and Suzanne told us we would receive a call 30 minutes ahead of delivery. That wasn’t the case. We had our furniture for about a week when we realized our recliner was severely damaged. Frustrated we called the store and Suzanne said they could fix it on site and it would take 2 weeks. They come pick it up and three weeks passes with no word about our chair. We called and were informed they ordered us a whole new chair which would be great if they would’ve communicated with us that’s what was happening. Our USB ports on our couch also don’t work half the time. We ended up asking for the money for our recliner back and got a long story from Suzanne about how they are the best furniture store in the state and they always do what they can to make things right but they don’t give refunds.
We were now here with $3000 furniture completely unhappy and appalled with the service we received especially from the manager Suzanne. She has a poor attitude and spoke to us like we were an inconvenience not high paying customers. Extremely disappointing experience especially after reading about all the great experiences others have had with this...
Read moreHighly recommend checking this place out if you are in need of furniture in the Indianapolis area. We went because of a friend's recommendation and so glad we did. They carry good quality furniture with options for any budget. You don't get hassled by pushy sales people trying to make commission. Just two women who know their furniture and have been doing it for years. We went looking for a kitchen table and had something specific in mind. They didn't have it in store but we were able to custom order what we wanted. While the best deals do come directly off the floor, if you want something specific they don't have, you can probably order directly out of their many furniture books. Customer service was outstanding and worked with us on all aspects from selecting items, payment options and delivery. You simply cannot get this type of service and flexibility from a big box store. We know we've bought from them all and we were tired of buying cheap furniture that wasn't made to last. We're very happy with the service and furniture...
Read moreNov 17th my wife and I were out looking for a new recliner for her and stopped in Martin Fine Furniture. The store was very nice and clean, the owner was there turning everything on (we were there right at open) and was very helpful throughout the entire visit. My wife ended up finding a recliner on the floor that she liked for a VERY fair price, that was super comfortable. The best part it is, we were able to leave with it that day! Going to all the giant local warehouse furniture stores before hand, with their 20ft ceilings and 10,000 led lights washing out all the colors and overpriced Wayfair furniture, is a just exhausting. Going into Martin Furniture store was actually refreshing to be able to sit in an environment that's LIKE HOME!!! SO, if you're out shopping for furniture and find yourself reading this, just start heading towards Martin Fine Furniture. They are run daily by the 5th generation of Martin's and are a pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys, btw, she LOVES...
